Orange Chicken Wrap


  • 1 yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Zest and juice of half an orange 
  • Garlic
  • Oregano

For the wraps

  • Chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Tortillas for Wraps 
  • Arugula 
  • Orange 
  • Feta cheese


  1. For the sauce: in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and the juice and zest of half an orange, add garlic, oregano, and mix the mixture until smooth. Set aside.
  1. For the wraps: cook the chicken breast in a frying pan with a little olive oil until golden brown and season with salt and pepper. Cut into strips and set aside.
  1. Peel the orange, cut it into wedges, dice the feta cheese and lightly heat the pancakes on both sides. Assemble the wrap: spread the pancakes with sauce, put a base of arugula and in the center a row of chicken strips, orange, a little sauce and feta cheese.
  1. Fold the edges of the pancake and if you need to, you can fix it with a toothpick so that it doesn't open.
