Oatmeal, Almond and Orange Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 175 g. oat flakes
  • 40 g. almond flour
  • 40 g. spelt flour
  • 1 banana 
  • 180 g. vegetable milk 
  • 140 g. orange juice 
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 ¼ tbsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tbsp. salt
  • Zest of an orange 
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Orange slices

Elaboration

  1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Preheat a waffle iron and place 3 large spoonfuls of dough. Close and wait 3 or 4 minutes until the dough is well cooked and golden brown.
  3. Serve and serve with some Greek yoghurt, some fresh orange slices and some mint leaves.
