Ingredients:
- 175 g. oat flakes
- 40 g. almond flour
- 40 g. spelt flour
- 1 banana
- 180 g. vegetable milk
- 140 g. orange juice
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 ¼ tbsp. baking powder
- ¼ tbsp. salt
- Zest of an orange
- Greek Yogurt
- Orange slices
Elaboration
- In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed.
- Preheat a waffle iron and place 3 large spoonfuls of dough. Close and wait 3 or 4 minutes until the dough is well cooked and golden brown.
- Serve and serve with some Greek yoghurt, some fresh orange slices and some mint leaves.
