Papaya

Green-yellow in colour, each piece is approximately 1kg in size. When cut, the flesh is firm and juicy with orange colour and black seeds inside. Sweet taste and a mild aroma.

Our papayas are grown on our Finca el Alcon in Tenerife. With a subtropical climate it is the ideal place to grow the exclusive Sweet Mary variety. This variety is characterized by an orange flesh, firm but juicy, and sweet throughout the year always exceeding 11º Brix.
