Are the citrus´s from Naranjas al Día natural?

Yes, Naranjas al Día produce all the fruit that we sell and that way we can control the whole production and distribution process of our oranges , mandarins, lemons and grapefruits.


Are they fresh products?

All the fruit is handpicked the same morning that we prepare your order. From sunrise until approximately 12-13 hours we dedicate ourselves to handpicking the fruit so that later we can pack it into it´s different boxes.


What is the minimum order?

Our smallest box is 5 kilos


What is the maximum order?

At Naranjas al Día we don´t place limits. You can order all the boxes you need. If it is a very large order you can contact us so we can advise you with the best service possible.


What are our forms of payment?

We provide all the secure payment forms for you without any extra charge. When you place your order you can choose between PayPal, VISA or MasterCard, cash on delivery or bank transfer (the order will only be sent once the transfer is received).


Do our prices include tax and shipping costs?

Yes, prices already include IVA of 4% plus shipping costs within the peninsula. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and European countries may have surcharges.


How do I know when my order has been shipped?

At Naranjas al Día we keep you posted all the time with the situation of your order. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email and when we pack and ship your order you will receive a notification.


Can I ask for my order to be delivered at a certain time?

Your order can´t be programmed as it depends on the messenger’s route and the amount of orders they have. But we can indicate the necessary requirement’s so that the messenger will do his best to carry them out.


What happens if I’m not at home when my order arrives?

The Delivery man is obliged to call you by telephone from your doorstep to try and organize new delivery the same day or the next day. If it’s not possible to contact you, they will leave a note and come back the next working day.

During what time period do you have fruit?

It depends which fruit. At Naranjas al Día we work to offer the largest variety possible and offer fresh fruit for the longest time period possible. So we can offer you Oranges from November until June, mandarins from October until February, lemons from October until June and Grapefruits from January until June.
